Subscription Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the terms of subscription of Jupiterflix. This subscription agreement is between you and Jupiterflix.
It is recommended to please read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Legal Notices and other policies specified on the website and made available on the Platform.
can access the Subscription and Educational Content, through the website or mobile application by subscribing to the available subscription plans (“Subscription”).
The Subscription will allow you access to all the courses/classes that are on-going during your Subscription Period.
If you are under 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your location, you may use the Subscription only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
We personalize content and features them as part of the Subscriptions, including showing you recommendations on Educational Content in the subscribed category, features and other related categories that might be of interest to you.
We shall endeavour to continuously improve the Subscriptions and subscription plans to improve your subscription experience.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate access to the services available on our website/application.

The Subscription allows you to access Educational Content, videos, test modules, quizzes on a subscription basis in the subscripted category for viewing, for a limited period of time during the Subscription Period.

Educational Content/subscribed Content will be made available to you for in app download or streaming video classes/courses during the Subscription Period, as applicable, but may become unavailable due to potential Educator licensing restrictions or for other reasons, and Platform will not be liable to you if the Educational Content in the subscribed category becomes unavailable for further in app download or streaming.
You may download and store your own copy of Educational Content on a Compatible Device authorized for such in app download so that you can view that Educational Content but the access to such in-app downloaded Educational Content shall be removed on expiry of the Subscription Period or in case of Educator licensing restriction or termination of the Subscription in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

We will charge you a standard monthly fee for using our digital educational content.
Your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel.
You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month of your annual contract until you cancel.
We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), on monthly basis until you cancel.
We may change your plan’s rate and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel.
If your primary payment method fails, you authorise us to charge any other payment method in your account.
If you have not provided us with a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription.
You can edit your payment information any time in your Account page.

For accessing online videos, classes, notes, and other educational content in the mobile application, it is recommended to operate the application on a personal computer, tablet, Ipad, Multimedia phone or on any other device that meets the system and compatibility requirements.
There are few devices which are non-compatible because of the software, so you make sure there is the compatibility of the software as well.
Lastly, if one device is compatible that does not mean it will be compatible in future as well, with the change in technology the compatibility may not last.
It is therefore, recommended to use a device which compatible with our system/software to avail the Subscription Service without any hassle or interruptions.

You can cancel your subscription any time via your account page or by contacting customer support.

Subject to payment of the Subscription fee, and your compliance with all terms of this Agreement, the Platform grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license, during the applicable Subscription Period, to access and view classes/courses of the Educational Content in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, for personal, non-commercial, private use only.
We may automatically remove your access to the Educational Content from your Compatible Device after the end of the Subscription Period or in accordance with any restriction mentioned in Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel your subscription any time via your account page or by contacting customer support.

Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broadcast any right to the Educational Content;
Attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or other content protection system used as part of the Subscription; or
Transfer, copy or display the Educational Content, except as permitted in this Agreement;
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Educational Content;
Use the Subscription or Educational Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.

On accessing our Platform or sending email to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By communicating with us, you consent to receive communication from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by email or posting notices on our Platform.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, disclaimers, offers and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication should be in writing.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription Service, or any part of the Subscription Service, at any time and without notice (except as required by applicable law), and the Platform will not be liable to you should it exercise such rights, even if your ability to use Educational Content is impacted by the change.

The Platform reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms in connection with the Subscription Service.
the maximum extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Subscription Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The Subscription Service and the Educational Content embody intellectual property that is protected by law.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Subscription Service is subject to the governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, any binding arbitration, and all other terms in the Platform’ Terms and Conditions. You agree to those terms by using the Subscription Service.

If any term or condition of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
